Happy Fourth!!

Hi!

I hope everyone had a safe and fun 4th of July!!

We went to a birthday party, swimming, matched in a parade, an saw fireworks!! (I was very tired last night!)

I have a couple requests and praises!

Request #1: Courtney went to the doctor with her Mom, Linda, for the results of her mom's tests today and got bad news and then hopeful news. Her mother was diagnosed with a form of lung cancer, BUT it is a Non-Aggressive type and considered easily conquered. She will probably need to have a surgery, and possibly also radiation. They will go to an oncologist from here.

Request #2: Adriana, the mother of one of Grace's 2 best friends has finally told us why she hasn't been answering our emails or been around recently. She is undergoing cancer treatments as well. I didn't get any details except that she is having chemotherapy and just began daily radiation treatments for 6 weeks. I am pretty sure this is the second time at least because of some signs and things that were said during the school year. She had a baby in Feb or maybe Jan, already had a 8-9 yr old and Larkin who is 5. She works 4 days a week and has the girls home for the summer.

Request #3: Maya is still unaccounted for and not checking in with anyone. She is 23. Please keep her in your prayers.

Request #4: David Watson, a friend of Sam's uncle was killed yesterday, July 4th during an accident on Mt. Rainer. He leaves behind a wife and four teenaged children.

Request #5: Please lift up the Honduras mission trip preparations as we all (yes, Sam and I are both going! Crazy huh?) try to raise funds, get childcare, update paperwork, plan around vacation time, etc. Also, please pray over the details of the Motorcross Camp and Race we plan to put on there, that God would be honored in every step and that no one would get badly hurt, heat exhaustion, sunburn, missed planes, etc.

Ok now the promised Praises!!

Praise #1: Tatum's baby girl!! Everyone is doing well although sleep doesn't seem available for all...

Praise #2: If you remember praying a few months ago for my friend Vicki's Premie Twins, We got a report today that they are finally up to their expected weight and height!! Annabeth is 19 lbs 3 oz and 30.25 inches (99% for height) and Evan is 20 lbs 13 oz and is 29 inches (74% for height).

thanks!!!
